Mission

The mission of CYD is to provide charitable, cultural, educational and mentoring programs to promote and encourage the physical, social and emotional development of disadvantaged children and youth without regards to race, creed, color or national origin. CYD accomplishes this by:

• Honoring the CYD legacy of community service
• Collaborating with partner agencies and organizations to maximize opportunities and resources
• Create engagement with disadvantaged families and children through a variety of youth oriented programs
• Building sustainable relationships with disadvantaged families and children
• Creating value for our partner agencies, organizations, board members and the community
